PACE UPDATE - Partnership with Hamilton-Wentworth Public School Board - October, 2003

We continue to wait on the Lord, and to pray, for the proposal called PACE (Public for Alternative Community Education - now an ‘umbrella' term for programs of faith), to be born.

Both PACE and our local school board requested the Ministry of Education make a regulation change to define what "kinds of schools" school boards are allowed to run, and that they include faith-based/faith sensitive programs (or programs supportive of culture).

MPP's from all over Ontario need to hear from people of faith that they would like to have such programs available within the public system as well.
